Conservative Girl in a Liberal World

About This Blog

For the longest time, I have been interested in politics.  I have swung from side-to-side over the ages.  I was once extremely liberal to the point that I was rebellious and untamed.  However, as I grew and matured, I have become more conservative in my thoughts, morals, and politics.

During my time in college, I realized how conservative I actually was and would often be shunned and exiled for not following my peers.  My frustration ran deep as, despite how openminded my peers and friends claimed to be, they were as closeminded as ever especially with those who do not agree with them.  I am always up for a debate as well as an exchange of ideas.  I love to experience new things and see every side of a story.

This is my blog on all MY political views as well as political humor.  

• I support the troops.
• I am against abortion.
• I am for gay marriage (what you do behind closed doors is your business and not mine.)
• I am for a conservative view on the economy and small government.
• I am for equal rights as long as it does not harm another.
• I think that if I want to own a gun, I should be allowed to do so.
